Frontend Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Developer with strong experience in designing and developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, UI development, API integration, and frontend performance optimization.

Experience or exposure to data-driven applications and analytics platforms is a significant advantage, as the role involves working with data-centric systems and visualization components.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive frontend applications.

- Build intuitive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

- Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Develop reusable UI components and maintain frontend coding standards.

- Implement responsive designs that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and other technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

- Troubleshoot frontend issues and perform debugging and root-cause analysis.

- Ensure application security and follow frontend development best practices.

- Maintain clear technical documentation for frontend components and applications.

- Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

- Strong experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser technologies.

- Experience building reusable and component-based UI architectures.

- Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and web services.

- Good understanding of frontend state management, routing, authentication, and API handling.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and debugging tools.

- Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Exposure to Docker and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an advantage.

Good-to-Have Data & Analytics Exposure :

- Experience developing interfaces for data-driven applications or analytics platforms.

- Exposure to data visualization libraries and dashboard development.

- Experience integrating frontend applications with real-time data or streaming APIs.

- Understanding of data-intensive applications and basic data modelling concepts.

- Exposure to platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built analytics dashboards.

- Experience working with real-time dashboards or visualization components.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade, scalable web applications.

- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and web technologies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
