As a Technical Project Manager, you will need to demonstrate your ability to successfully complete complex projects on time, within scope and budget. You will be able to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements to create concrete strategies that generate value and efficiency. You will be an expert in process optimization, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to accelerate project delivery and reduce costs. You will demonstrate strong leadership to foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clarity and accountability. Proactive in risk management, you will commit to a continuous improvement approach to optimize project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

What do we want to know about you ?

- Master's degree (or equivalent) in IT Project Management

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management

- Proven track record in managing IT projects, with strong command of project management methodologies and process modeling techniques.

- Proven experience in Technical Project Management, with exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) considered an asset.

- Skilled in both functional and technical aspects of information systems.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; adept at needs analysis, formalization, and synthesis.

- Service-oriented and pedagogical approach to team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- Dynamic, curious, proactive, and highly organized; able to work independently with rigor and autonomy.

- Able to manage project Planning & Scheduling (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)

- Able to manage risk Management & Mitigation

- Able to manage Budget & Cost Control

- Able to manage resource Allocation & Capacity Planning

- Work under reduced supervision

- Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility

- Ability to review and challenge technical documentation including diagrams and documentation.

- Must be willing to travel to customer site as required 15% or less.

What will your typical day look like?

- Prepare Project Plan and track the tasks as per project plan

- Define and prioritize project scope & specification for deliverables with functionals

- Resource allocation and RACI matrix

- Ensure Quality and on time delivery of the deliverables.

- Co-ordinate and manage the QA team SIT and Regression testing

- Partner with Functional Team for the UAT

- Release and Change Management

- Partner with Operations and Support team on Production issues and root cause analysis.

- Stakeholder Management, manage expectations & conflicts (Functional, Operations)

- Drive Technical impact analysis, Design Document and deliver these documents as part of the release.

- Drive daily meetings and publish updates, project communication plan (meeting, updates, steerco meeting.)

- Weekly meetings with stakeholders and publishing updates

- Maintain Defect tracker and Risk tracker. Risk Management and Risk Mitigation and action plans

- Manage project budget and track expenses (actuals v/s forecast)

- Partner with PMO

- Incident and Change Management process

- Vendor Partner Management
