Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Chennai (Onsite)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Notice Period : Immediate or 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to understand project goals and define scope.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

- Create wireframes, process flow diagrams, and use cases to illustrate solutions.

- Provide continuous support during development and post-launch phases.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

- Maintain clear and timely communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Office, and Balsamiq (or similar).

- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
