Role Overview
- We are hiring a Java Full Stack Architect Agentic AI for a hands-on, production-focused role.
- This position requires strong expertise in Java-based AI development (not Python) and experience building production-ready applications using LLMs / GenAI.
- The ideal candidate should have deep architectural experience, strong system design skills, and practical exposure to Agentic AI, Spring AI, and RAG-based solutions.
- Note: Candidates will be required to write LLM/GenAI-related code during the interview.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable, multi-tenant architectures for AI-powered applications
- Build and deploy production-ready GenAI / LLM-based solutions using Java
- Implement Agentic AI workflows using Spring AI and related frameworks
- Design and develop Java Full Stack applications using Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines (good to have)
- Work with cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong expertise in designing multi-tenant systems
- Hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot
- Proven experience with AI / GenAI technologies, especially:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Spring AI
- Agentic AI concepts
- Experience building production-grade AI applications
- Cloud experience on AWS (Azure acceptable)
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Frontend experience with Next.js
- Database experience with MongoDB
Good to Have :
- Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience building AI Chatbots
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases
- Exposure to scalable AI system design patterns
Interview Process :
- Technical discussion focused on architecture & system design
- Live coding / hands-on exercise related to LLMs / GenAI in Java
