About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/GenAI Architect with a strong background in Java Full Stack Development to design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based AI development (not Python), cloud platforms, and scalable architectures, along with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect multitenant AI-driven systems using Java and Spring Boot.

- Implement and integrate Generative AI (LLMs, Agentic AI) solutions into enterprise-grade applications.

- Lead end-to-end development across Java backend and modern front-end (React.js, Next.js).

- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data workflows, external integrations, and solution delivery.

- Stay updated on advancements in AI/GenAI technologies and bring best practices into implementation.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and full-stack development.

- Proven experience in AI/GenAI technologies, specifically LLMs, Agentic AI concepts, and their enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of multitenant architecture and scalable design principles.

- Cloud expertise in AWS (Azure experience acceptable).

- Hands-on development experience with React.js & Next.js.

- Strong problem-solving and solutioning mindset with the ability to work independently.

Good to Have :

SAP Data experience including :

- Data workflows

- Integration with external systems

- Understanding of SAP Master Data tables
