Job Description : Senior Lead Vue.js Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead Vue.js Developer with 9 to 12 years of expertise to join our engineering team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for defining frontend architecture, mentoring junior developers, and building high-performance, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architecture & Component Development :

- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and highly reusable component-based frontend structures using Vue.js.

- Define and implement advanced state management strategies (using Vuex or Pinia) to handle complex data flows across large-scale applications.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

2. API Integration & Backend Collaboration :

- Seamlessly integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and optimize data delivery for frontend performance.

3. Build, Test & Deploy :

- Maintain and optimize modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel) and frontend workflows.

- Lead the implementation of testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, or Cypress) to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

- Oversee version control (Git) and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployment cycles.

4. Design & Compatibility :

- Apply responsive design principles to ensure applications perform flawlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues to provide a consistent user experience across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Testing :

- Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.

Tools & DevOps :

- Proficiency in Git, Vite/Webpack, and integration with CI/CD tools.

- Proven ability to design frontend systems for enterprise-grade software.
