Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for both pre-sales analysis and post-sales activities, providing strategic and analytical support to our clients.

Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities, and translating them into functional requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, QA, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Pre-Sales Analysis :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Post-Sales Analysis :

- Collaborate with the client to gather and analyze project requirements.

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.

- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution

design.

- Provide ongoing support and clarification to the development teams during the

implementation phase.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, UML Diagrams and Wireframes, and perform Feasibility analysis.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations.

Required Skill Set And Experience :

- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile-based IT services company.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills comfortable in understanding and breaking client

requirements into structured requirements.

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Hands-on with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Whimsical).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations.

Nice-to-have :

- Basic knowledge of GenAI.
