Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design, build, and customize applications using Salesforce Lightning Experience (LWC, Aura Components).

- Develop high-quality and efficient Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and batch processes.

- Implement declarative features including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects.

Integrations :

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and Integration Patterns (request/response, batch, platform events).

- Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure secure, scalable integration architecture.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end data flow and automation.

Platform Configuration & Optimization :

- Configure Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Health Cloud modules.

- Optimize system performance, ensuring best practices in code, security, and data management.

- Participate in code reviews, release management, and CI/CD processes.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Create clear documentation on technical solutions, design decisions, and system processes.

- Support UAT, production deployments, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong proficiency in :

1. Salesforce Lightning Experience (LWC/Aura).

2. Apex programming (classes, triggers, batch, scheduled jobs).

3. SOQL/SOSL.

4. Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Good understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets).

- Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.

- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR (if working in healthcare domain).

- Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.

- Salesforce Certifications such as :

1. Platform Developer I/II.

2. Salesforce Administrator.

3. Health Cloud Accredited Professional.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
