Key Responsibilities :


- Design, build, and QA multi-step customer journeys using Braze Canvas with conditional logic and A B testing.

- Implement dynamic personalization using Liquid logic including conditional branching and templating.

- Manage and utilize Braze Catalogs for product feeds and dynamic content injection.

- Configure and troubleshoot campaign triggers such as custom events, attributes, and purchase data.

- Ensure campaigns scale effectively by considering rate limits, throttling, and performance constraints.

- Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely event and attribute availability via mParticle.

Required Skills and Experience :


- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas and campaign execution.

- Deep knowledge of Liquid logic for personalization and dynamic content.

- Strong experience with mParticle including event taxonomy design, user identity resolution, and data quality validation.

- Experience configuring mParticle connections and feeds to downstream tools including Braze.

- Familiarity with mParticle debugging tools to validate event flow, attributes, and user profiles.

- Experience working with Census for data activation is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Braze SDKs for mobile and web, including implementation best practices and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of large-scale campaign execution and operational considerations.
