About the Role :

Vriba Technologies is seeking a skilled ServiceNow HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management Professional) expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the complete hardware asset lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow HAM Pro module.

- Manage the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

- Integrate HAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, and ITAM modules.

- Ensure asset data accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics for asset tracking and audit readiness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HAM Pro processes with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow with proven expertise in the HAM Pro module.

- Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management and CMDB relationships.

- Experience working with Discovery, SAM, and ITAM modules.

- Hands-on experience in building workflows, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow.

- ServiceNow certifications (HAM Pro, ITAM, or related) preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
