Location : Remote (India)

Shift : (8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM IST)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (1015 years) to lead complex, multi-team programs and drive seamless delivery across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Project Leadership :

- Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interconnected projects.

- Define program strategy, milestones, resource planning, and governance structure.

- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.

Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business leaders, and internal teams.

- Conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive briefings.

- Maintain alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Governance & Process Excellence :

- Implement program governance frameworks, quality controls, and audit readiness.

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, SDLC, and delivery standards.

- Drive continuous improvement across teams.

Leadership & Team Coordination :

- Manage, mentor, and guide Project Managers and cross-functional technical teams.

- Optimize resource utilization and workforce planning across the program.

- Build collaboration across Engineering, QA, Operations, Product, and Infrastructure teams.

Risk, Issue & Escalation Management :

- Identify risks early and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

- Lead RCA discussions for critical issues and ensure preventive action implementation.

- Handle escalations and communicate resolutions effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.

- Proven success leading large, multi-workstream, enterprise-level programs.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership presence.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, or similar.

- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Technical background in Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, or Infrastructure.

- Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP.

- Experience working with US clients or offshore/onsite delivery models.
