Job Title : Business Analyst (BA)

Location : Remote (India)

Timings : 6 : 30PM - 3 : 30AM IST

Experience Level : Looking for 5-10 years only

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including the product manager, architects, and SMEs, to capture detailed business needs.

- Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

- Collect and document technical requirements, including scalability, reliability, availability, security, and disaster recovery.

- Draft business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.

Translation to Technical Teams :

- Work closely with developers to ensure their understanding of business objectives and use cases.

- Ensure all requirements are aligned with microservices architecture principles as outlined by the enterprise architect.

- Define data flow diagrams, mockups, and wireframes for technical teams.

Sprint Planning and Prioritization :

- Work with Scrum Master to prioritize backlog items for each sprint, ensuring alignment with the overall roadmap and business goals.

- Manage the scope and refine user stories through continuous feedback and refinement.

Validation and Testing Support :

- Support the testing team in writing and validating test cases to ensure no functional gaps.

- Help facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure any issues are documented and resolved.

- Communicate any changes in requirements effectively to all relevant teams.

Documentation :

- Ensure that all documentation is updated and shared with relevant stakeholders regularly.

- Maintain non-functional requirements related to performance, scalability, and security.

Tools & Technologies :

- MS Visio or Lucidchart for process flow and architecture diagrams.

- Wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq) to create mockups.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and microservices architecture.

- Experience working in Agile SAFe environments with PI planning and backlog refinement.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
