Vrata Tech Solutions - SAP ABAP Consultant - S/4 HANA Modules

What You'll Do

ABAP Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality ABAP code for custom solutions, enhancements, and interfaces within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

SAP BTP Integration & Development: Leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for cloud-native development, extensions, and integrations. This includes utilizing services like SAP Integration Suite, CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model, and extending S/4HANA with BTP.

Fiori Development: Lead the development and enhancement of SAP Fiori applications, including custom Fiori app development using SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and OData services.

Workflow Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement complex SAP Workflow solutions (classic and Fiori-based) to automate business processes.

Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize ABAP code and Fiori applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Debugging & Troubleshooting: Expertly debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the SAP environment, including Fiori, Workflow, and BTP integrations.

Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical specifications, design documents, and unit test plans for all development activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Key Requirements :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant.

- Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) development and integration.

- Deep expertise in SAP Fiori development, including SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and OData service creation/consumption.

- Proven experience in SAP Workflow design and implementation (both classic and Fiori-centric workflows).

- Proficiency in core ABAP programming (ABAP Objects, ALV, BAPI, BADI, Enhancement Framework).

- Experience with S/4HANA development paradigms (CDS Views, AMDP) is a strong plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
