Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced engineering leader with a strong development background and proven delivery in mobile banking and core banking systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full-stack development (ReactJS, Node.js, Flutter, Java) combined with a strategic mindset to lead the digital transformation of mobile banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, development, and end-to-end delivery of mobile banking applications across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

- Work hands-on with technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, Flutter, and Java, ensuring scalability and robustness.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with banking product needs.

- Drive core banking system integrations and modernize legacy applications to support digital-first initiatives.

- Lead a cross-functional engineering team, setting clear technical direction and fostering best practices.

- Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory norms.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and performance optimizations.

- Serve as a technology evangelist, driving innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 20+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles.

Strong hands-on coding experience with :

- ReactJS, Node.js

- Flutter for cross-platform mobile apps

- Java (Spring Boot preferred) for backend services

- Relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

- Proven track record of delivering mobile application projects, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.

- Exposure to core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos) and third-party API integrations.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Certifications in cloud architecture, agile methodologies, or enterprise architecture frameworks.

- Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and security best practices.
