Job description :

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong inclination toward quality, detail, and test discipline. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our web-based communication platforms and APIs. Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, and non-functional testing on web applications and backend systems.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

- Collaborate with developers to write and review test plans, test cases, and test strategies.

- Track and manage defects using JIRA and document test results accurately.

- Monitor and maintain automated regression test suites in CI/CD pipelines.

- Support build validation and test execution in Linux environments.

- Ensure effective test coverage for features and participate in Agile sprint planning.

Required Skills :

- Good understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile methodology.

- Hands-on with Automation Tools : Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

- Solid grasp of API Testing with tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.

- Experience or exposure to scripting languages (Python or JavaScript preferred).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and basic Linux commands.

- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter or Gatling) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
