About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python automation and Wi-Fi testing to join our team.

The role involves building automation frameworks, executing Wi-Fi functional and performance tests, and collaborating with kernel/driver teams for debugging and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based automation frameworks for Wi-Fi functional, performance, and regression testing.

- Work on DUT (Device Under Test) setup, firmware flashing, and orchestration of automated test executions.

- Automate throughput, roaming, and connectivity test cases using tools such as iperf, scapy, and tcpdump.

- Perform log collection and analysis for debugging, including packet captures and system logs.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and generate detailed execution reports.

- Collaborate with kernel and driver engineering teams for triage, debugging, and resolution of Wi-Fi-related issues.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python automation (pytest, unittest, or equivalent frameworks).

- Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) standards including association, roaming, WPA2/WPA3 security.

- Solid understanding of Linux OS internals, networking stack, and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump).

- Prior experience working with embedded systems, IVI platforms, or similar environments
