Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer WLAN Testing with expertise in WLAN driver development and Android Wi-Fi framework to lead advanced software optimizations and ensure high-performance Wi-Fi experience for users globally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, debugging, and testing of WLAN drivers and Android Wi-Fi framework components.

- Drive optimization for Wi-Fi stability, throughput, fast roaming, connection reliability, and power efficiency.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance for complex WLAN issues.

- Track, manage, and execute Wi-Fi certification processes ensuring compliance with global standards.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks in Wi-Fi software development and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Wi-Fi feature requirements and improvements.

- Troubleshoot advanced WLAN issues, propose enhancements, and implement long-term solutions.

Required Technical Skills :

- Extensive experience in WLAN driver development and Android Wi-Fi framework.

- Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols, connectivity management, and throughput optimization.

- Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and problem resolution in Wi-Fi systems.

- Experience with Wi-Fi certification processes (WFA, Android CTS) and compliance standards.

- Deep understanding of fast roaming, power optimization, and cross-device Wi-Fi performance.

- Leadership and mentoring experience within engineering teams.

Educational Qualification :

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
