We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the end-to-end process of building, verifying, and delivering external releases to customers.

The candidate will be responsible for advanced triaging, collaborating across multiple teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the download, build, and verification of external releases going to customers.

- Perform advanced triaging and provide actionable insights to multiple stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex issues with minimal guidance.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support related to release issues.

- Ensure alignment of activities with build tools, test setups, and release processes.

- Mentor junior engineers on release processes and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in build and release management for software products.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers is a plus
