Job Title : Technical Lead - Digital Cockpit / ADAS.

Location : Bengaluru.

Experience : 7 - 12 year.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Digital Cockpit or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to lead the design, development, and integration of next-generation automotive software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in embedded systems, Android or QNX platforms, and automotive communication protocols, with proven leadership skills to guide a cross-functional technical team.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Digital Cockpit or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to lead the design, development, and integration of next-generation automotive software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of Digital Cockpit or ADAS software modules.

- Work closely with architects, system engineers, and product teams to define requirements, interfaces, and system integration plans.

- Drive software implementation using C/C++, Java/Kotlin, or Python depending on platform requirements.

- Guide integration activities across multiple ECUs and domains, ensuring compliance with automotive standards (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262).

- Conduct technical reviews, debug complex system issues, and provide mentorship to development teams.

- Collaborate with HMI, middleware, and hardware teams to ensure seamless system functionality.

- Participate in system validation, performance optimization, and quality assurance phases.

- Coordinate with OEM and Tier-1 partners to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.

Required Skills :

- 712 years of experience in automotive software development, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong domain expertise in either Digital Cockpit (Instrument Cluster, Infotainment, Android Automotive) or ADAS (Camera, Radar, Sensor Fusion, Perception).

- Proficiency in C/C++, Embedded Linux, Android, or QNX.

- Experience with CAN, Ethernet, LIN, and automotive middleware (e.g., Adaptive AUTOSAR, ROS, Some/IP).

- Hands-on experience with debugging tools, system trace analysis, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, Gerrit, Jenkins, and version control systems.

- Strong understanding of system integration, testing, and release management processes.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ADAS algorithms, computer vision, or machine learning frameworks.

- Exposure to SoCs.

- Knowledge of ASIL compliance and functional safety processes.

- Prior experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
