About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Python Automation Tester with expertise in wireless technologies (BLE/Wi-Fi) to validate and ensure the reliability of embedded IoT devices.

The ideal candidate will have strong test automation skills, a deep understanding of wireless communication protocols, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate and test wireless protocols including Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Bluetooth (Classic & LE), and Matter for embedded IoT products.

- Design, develop, and automate test cases using Python, PyTest, Shell scripting, and relevant test frameworks.

- Perform debugging and root cause analysis through detailed log analysis (Wireshark, UART, HCI traces).

- Evaluate wireless performance with focus on interoperability, throughput, roaming, and power efficiency.

- Contribute to test framework enhancements and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

- Work closely with development and system engineering teams to ensure test coverage and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Python-based test automation (PyTest preferred).

- Hands-on expertise in BLE, Wi-Fi, and wireless protocol testing.

- Proficiency in log analysis tools such as Wireshark, serial/UART analyzers, and HCI trace debugging.

- Knowledge of IoT device testing including performance, reliability, and power optimization.

- Familiarity with automation integration in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Matter protocol validation.

- Exposure to embedded systems, Linux environments, or RF testing tools.

- Knowledge of network security and interoperability standards
