About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, build and deploy next-generation AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). The role involves end-to-end ownership of AI/ML model development, from data ingestion to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models using Deep Learning and NLP techniques.

- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for various business use cases.

- Architect and implement RAG pipelines combining large language models with vector databases and retrieval frameworks.

- Preprocess, clean and transform structured/unstructured datasets to ensure quality inputs for model training.

- Build and deploy AI APIs and services into production environments using MLOps best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into applications.

- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and research trends in AI/ML to drive innovation.

- Create documentation, guidelines, and reusable components for AI/ML pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 25+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).

- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (text classification, NER, summarization, question answering).

- Hands-on experience with RAG frameworks and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB).
