Job Title : Voice AI Engineer (Machine Learning & NLP)

Locations : Gurugram (Sector 54) / Chennai (T. Nagar) Hybrid (4 Days In-Office)

Role Summary :

We are an agentic AI platform for financial services, backed by Y Combinator and other world-class investors.


We are seeking a Voice AI Engineer to transition our V1 platform into a scalable, robust enterprise-grade system.


You will be responsible for building large-scale voice agents that handle real-world financial conversations with low latency and high accuracy.


This is a high-intensity role for "doers" who thrive in early-stage environments and have a strong bias toward action.

Key Responsibilities :

- Agent Development : Build and scale large-scale voice and chat agents specifically designed for enterprise financial services.

- Model Evaluation : Test and implement multiple models for Voice Activity Detection (VAD), turn detection, and interrupt handling to ensure natural conversation flows.

- Latency Optimization : Manage MLOps to ensure ultra-low latency responses, critical for a seamless voice experience.

- Data Engineering : Clean, prune, and collect datasets to analyze model performance, including hallucination rates, recall, and overall accuracy.

- Advanced Research : Research and implement SOTA (state-of-the-art) approaches for knowledge graphs and Graph RAGs.

- Evals & Monitoring : Run continuous evaluations and monitoring for production agents to drive iterative improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- Voice AI Expertise: Mandatory experience building and taking voice AI agents to production.

- Technical Proficiency: Must have worked with frameworks such as Pipecat and Livekit.

- ML Foundations: Strong background in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Prompt Engineering.

- Startup Experience: Proven track record of building things from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 in early or growth-stage startups.

- Mindset: Strong intrinsic motivation and the ability to scale systems from scratch without heavy micro-management.
