Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement & maintain VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi)

- Troubleshoot complex VMware infrastructure issues escalated from L1/L2 teams

- Monitor performance & ensure optimal availability of VMware environments

- Collaborate with IT teams to align virtualization strategies with business needs

- Create & maintain system documentation (configs, procedures, updates)

- Mentor junior engineers & support team scaling

- Ensure compliance & audit readiness through proper configurations & reporting

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter & ESXi

- Hands-on experience with storage & networking integration

- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery & high availability

- Experience with automation tools: PowerCLI, Ansible, vRealize

- Strong RCA, escalation handling & incident management skills

- Excellent communication & documentation abilities
