What Youll Be Doing :

- 5-8 years of proven experience as a UI Designer, with experience of leading a small team.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UI design and your ability to create impactful user experiences.

- Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.

- Proficiency in in graphics design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability.

- Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.

- Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to mentor junior designers.

- Lead the design of complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications, while adhering to and contributing to our design system.

- Collaborate effectively with UX Researchers, UX designers, product & project managers, and developers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UI designers, fostering their growth and development.

- Help researchers and strategists conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.

- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our various design accelerators and design systems.

- Stay abreast of the UI design methodologies, technologies, and best practices.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards within the organization.
