The Opportunity :
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Technology Solution Consultant to design and implement comprehensive marketing automation solutions across multiple platforms.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, WebEngage (Optional), and Insider (Optional) to drive customer engagement and business growth.
What Youll Be Doing :
Solution Design & Implementation :
- Conduct platform assessments and recommend optimal marketing technology stacks
- Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
- Develop integrated solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio)
- Configure and optimize MoEngage campaigns, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
- Build responsive, personalized email templates, landing pages, and mobile campaigns
Technical Integration & Analytics :
- Design data integration strategies ensuring seamless data flow across marketing technology stack
- Build and manage audience segments, data extensions, and customer profiles
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable optimization insights
- Conduct A/B testing strategies to improve engagement rates and ROI
Client Management :
- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
Experience :
What we want from you :
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MoEngage
- Experience in marketing automation strategy and multi-channel campaign orchestration
Technical Skills :
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
- Strong understanding of API integrations and data management
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Certifications (Optional) :
- MoEngage Implementation Expert certification
- Experience with WebEngage, Insider, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and data management platforms (DMP)
