Vlocity Technical Lead - Salesforce

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable and dynamic applications using Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) tools and Salesforce core technologies. The candidate must be proficient in designing and implementing Omniscripts, Flexcards, Dataraptors, and integrating them with LWC and APEX components. Experience with Order Management, EPC, and CPQ is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Vlocity Omniscripts, Flexcards, and Integration Procedures to streamline user interfaces and processes.

- Utilize Dataraptors for data transformation and seamless integration with Salesforce data models.

- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic front-end user experiences integrated with Vlocity components.

- Write and maintain custom APEX classes, triggers, and batch processes to support business logic and automation.

- Configure and implement Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and CPQ modules to enable efficient product configuration and quoting workflows.

- Support Order Management solutions and workflows to manage complex fulfillment processes.

- Use Workbench, Salesforce Developer Console, and Debug Logs for troubleshooting and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Follow agile methodology and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Omniscripts, Flexcards, Dataraptors, and Integration Procedures.

- Proficient in LWC and APEX programming.

- Experience with EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) and Vlocity CPQ.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Order Management lifecycle and orchestration.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Workbench, Developer Console, and debugging tools.

- Salesforce certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or CPQ Specialist are a plus.
