VLMS Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced VLMS Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the implementation, administration, and validation of the ValGenesis Lifecycle Management System (VLMS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11 compliance, and will work with global Pharma and Life Sciences clients to ensure successful adoption and governance of the VLMS platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a VLMS Global Administrator across multiple global sites for implementation, configuration, and support.

- Perform end-to-end master data creation, including site setup, workflow configuration, user provisioning, and template preparation.

- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure seamless onboarding and system adoption.

- Lead or assist in VLMS upgrades (e.g., eVal 4.2) and offline application version upgrades.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system analysis, testing, and documentation.

- Manage audit trails, periodic system reviews, SSL certificate renewals, and access privilege administration in accordance with IT compliance standards.

- Work with internal teams and external vendors for the timely integration and deployment of software solutions.

- Use tools like SUMMIT AI, ServiceNow, JIRA, Documentum, SAP, and SQL for change management, issue tracking, and system configuration.

- Provide technical support and issue resolution to end users across various business units.
