Role Description :

This is a full-time remote position for a ServiceNow SPM Consultant certified in CSA, CAD, and CIS-SPM.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, integrating ServiceNow with other systems, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying client requirements, developing workflows and solutions, managing projects, and providing expert support for ServiceNow SPM implementations.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Software Development, including designing, configuring, and implementing solutions in ServiceNow.

- In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

- Strong understanding of Project Management practices and methodologies.

- Experience in Integration processes and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

- Understanding of Databases and data modeling concepts.

- Certifications in CSA, CAD, and CIS-SPM are required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment.

- Prior experience in ServiceNow SPM implementations and knowledge of related best practices is preferred.
