Vivid Edge Corp is seeking an accomplished Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a strong background in ITSM and CMDB to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical leadership across enterprise environments.

This role demands deep functional and technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, along with the ability to collaborate directly with customers to translate business requirements into robust platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications, with primary focus on ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and CMDB.

- Architect and manage CMDB structure, CI classes, relationships, data quality, reconciliation rules, and CMDB health metrics.

- Implement and support ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.

- Deliver additional modules including CSM, ITAM, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, and Agent Workspace.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, web services, and orchestration workflows.

- Conduct requirement workshops, create technical specifications, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Perform upgrades, troubleshoot performance issues, optimize scripts, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery from planning to deployment.

- Develop documentation including solution designs, data models, process flows, and operational guides.

Qualifications :

- 11+ years of ServiceNow implementation and development experience.

- CAD Certification is mandatory; additional certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CMDB, CIS-ITOM, CSM) are highly desirable.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
