About the Role :

Were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our growing ERP team. If you have hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and are adept at translating functional needs into robust technical solutions, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 modules (primarily in FIN, SCM, or HRMS).

- Work on technical components like Reports (BI/XML), Interfaces, Conversions, Workflows, and Extensions (RICE-W).

- Analyze functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

- Build and optimize PL/SQL procedures, APIs, and Oracle Forms/Reports.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to resolve day-to-day production issues.

- Perform Unit Testing and support UAT/SIT cycles.

Technical Skills Required :

- 3- 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (Finance, SCM, or HRMS).

- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, and Oracle Alerts.

- Experience in developing RICE-W components and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with OAF and Oracle Fusion middleware is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Oracle Cloud/Fusion migration projects.

- Understanding of AIM/OUM methodology.
