- 6 to 10 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 5 years in SAP QM and hands-on PP exposure with the background of SAP S/4HANA QM functionalities & Fiori apps.

- Experience leading requirement-gathering workshops with business teams for Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Control.

- Ability to design and configure QM processes, including inspection lots, sampling procedures, MICs, inspection plans, quality notifications, usage decisions, and CAPA.

- Experience defining and maintaining QM master data, including catalogues, codes, inspection characteristics, control keys, and certificates.

- Strong background in ensuring seamless integration of QM with MM (procurement inspections), PP (in-process and production inspections), EWM, and SD (delivery and returns).

- Demonstrated expertise in conducting fit-gap analysis, solution design, and documentation during blueprint and realization phases.

- Skilled in preparing functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments, with hands-on support provided during UAT, cutover, and go-live.

- Experience managing batch management processes, quality certificates, and compliance reporting in coordination with business and quality compliance teams.

- Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience working alongside MM, SD, EWM, CO, and PM teams for integrated solution delivery.

- Proven track record of mentoring junior consultants and business key users, ensuring timely delivery of QM solutions within project deadlines.

- Supporting master data setup: BOMs, work centres, routings, and production versions.

- Providing assistance in MRP, production orders, confirmations, and shop floor execution.

- Ensuring smooth QM-PP integration: in-process inspections, order-based inspection lots, results recording, and usage decisions.

- Supporting PP-related testing, defect resolution, and cross-functional workshops.
