Position Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Vision Plus Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the cards processing domain. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of end-to-end cards processing and must be an expert in at least one of the Vision Plus modules, such as Card Management System (CMS) or Financial Accounting System (FAS).

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for Vision Plus implementation and support projects.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the entire cards processing lifecycle and related business processes.

- Provide expertise and guidance in the areas of CMS and/or FAS modules, ensuring optimal utilization of Vision Plus capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and team members.

- Independently contribute to project tasks or work collaboratively as part of a team, as required.

- Lead the technical and functional design activities for Vision Plus projects.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Vision Plus SME.

- Profound knowledge of end-to-end cards processing, including card issuance, authorization, clearing, and settlement.

- Expertise in at least one of the Vision Plus modules, such as CMS or FAS, with a strong track record of successful implementations.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to project requirements.

- Strong technical and functional design skills to create efficient and effective solutions.
