- Require 3 to 12 years of experience in VisionPLUS development and/or support project

- Should have techno-functional knowledge of Vision PLUS, specifically work in FAS, Trams and understading fuctionalites in CMS.

- Must be adept in Mainframe environment - working on TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Endevor, Easytrieve, etc.

- Should have good Mainframe technical development skills (CICS/COBOL/JCL).

- Should have good understanding of CA tools - Control-M, CA-VIEW, etc.

- Work on batch as well as online programs.

- Should have ownership, flexible, and good communication skills

- Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development team.

- Prepare high level effort estimates for proposed solution designs

- Participate in understanding, structuring and inception meetings to understand client requirements and design solutions from its early stages.

- Work with the architecture team to define the functional solution and impact of the solution in VisionPLUS and surround.

- Define technical requirements, prepare technical estimation, create technical specifications.

- Ensure all requirements are addresses in the technical solution.

- Lead the development team to build and unit test enhancements.

- Review build deliveries and ensure adherence to IT development standards.

- Provide implementation support in SIT and higher regions.

- Lead technical team to fix issues identified during system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

- Support the preparation of implementation plan for production install. Provide production implementation support.

- Assist in resolving issues and incidents during implementation in production.

- Overall, this role should provide leadership to the technical team and represent the technical team.
