VisionPLUS CMS Developer - Payment Processing

Job Description :

- Should have a good understanding of Clearing and Settlement processes and industry standards.

- 4-12 years of hands-on development experience in CMS core functions on the VisionPLUS platform.

- Should have experience in scheme processing such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and other payment networks.

- Must be able to analyze, design, and develop TRAMS functionalities within the VisionPLUS architecture.

- Should support the implementation and maintenance of TRAMS-related parameters, reports, configuration tables, and batch jobs.

- Strong hands-on working knowledge in one or more VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, ASM, VMX, WINGSFM, or CMS Commercial Cards functionalities.

- Proficient in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and Mainframe utilities, as used in VisionPLUS environments.

- Experience in debugging and resolving production issues within VisionPLUS modules.

- Should have experience working with batch cycle management, performance tuning, and impact analysis.

- Exposure to change request management, including documentation, estimation, and unit testing.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

- Good understanding of authorization flows, transaction posting, and account management logic within CMS.

- Experience in customizing VisionPLUS modules to support bank-specific business rules or regulatory requirements.
