Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UiPath Engineer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UiPath, a strong grasp of automation workflows, and the ability to optimize business processes.

Experience with other RPA platforms will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.

- Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency and performance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Ensure compliance with RPA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues related to RPA workflows.

- Explore and evaluate emerging RPA technologies and integration opportunities.

Requirements :

- Proven hands-on experience with UiPath (35+ years preferred).

- Strong understanding of automation workflows, process optimization, and RPA lifecycle.

- Experience With UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, And Other UiPath Services.

- Exposure to other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) is an advantage.

- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UiPath Advanced Developer or other relevant certifications.

- Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Databases, APIs).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
