- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, incidents, and changes.
- Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 46 years of experience in BI reporting support with leadership responsibilities.
Good to Have :
- Exposure to cloud-based BI environments (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with SQL scripting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools for BI deployments.
