Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support enterprise BI reporting platforms including Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Tableau dashboards.

- Manage a 24x7 support environment with rotating on-call responsibilities.

- Drive incident and problem management ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

- Implement and oversee monitoring frameworks for BI platforms.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, incidents, and changes.

- Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and availability.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 46 years of experience in BI reporting support with leadership responsibilities.


- Strong expertise in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Tableau administration and troubleshooting.

- Proven experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

- Hands-on experience with automation scripts and monitoring tools.

- Strong communication and leadership skills for working with technical and business teams.


Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud-based BI environments (AWS/Azure).

- Experience with SQL scripting and data analysis.

- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools for BI deployments.
