About the Role :

Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in leading software development projects using Agile frameworks.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure stakeholder alignment, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects from initiation to delivery.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.

- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments.

- Maintain project documentation including sprint reports, velocity tracking, and status updates.

- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across departments and clients.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and coach teams on Agile adoption and maturity.

- Track project performance, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release management.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : 58 years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.

- Agile Expertise : Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies.

- Certifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.

- Technical Understanding : Familiarity with SDLC processes, cloud technologies, and software development tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.

- Leadership Skills : Ability to mentor, motivate, and build cohesive teams in fast-paced environments.

- Communication : Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical Mindset : Data-driven approach to tracking project health and team performance.

Good to Have :

- Experience managing global or distributed Agile teams.

- Exposure to project management frameworks like PMP or PRINCE2.

- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools.
