Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective test cases and scenarios.

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, ensuring product quality and reliability.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to resolve issues.

- Participate in test planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.

- Ensure compliance with QA processes and standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Manual Tester.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

- Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

- Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

- Good knowledge of database testing (SQL queries).

- Experience testing web applications and mobile applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to API testing (using Postman or similar tools).

- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, etc.) is an added advantage.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
