We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Virtualization professional to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires expertise in Citrix administration and related technologies, with experience in managing large-scale virtualization environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing Citrix Virtual Desktop and Apps, ensuring virtual environments are optimized, secure, and efficient. This role also involves troubleshooting, collaborating with global teams, and providing high-quality technical support.

- Manage and support Citrix Virtual Desktop and Apps using XenServer/VMWare, PVS (Provisioning Services), StoreFront, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of the virtualized environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-based issues while ensuring minimal service interruptions.

- Administer and support MS Windows platforms used across the organization.

- Plan and execute patch management and ensure SQL server patching and upgrades.

- Coordinate with different teams for daily operations, scheduled activities, and proactive issue

resolutions.

Requirements :


- Proven experience in Citrix administration with 5-8 years in IT and a minimum of 3-5 years working with Citrix Virtualization technologies.

- Expertise in Citrix Virtual Desktop and Apps management using XenServer/VMWare.

- Knowledge and experience with Provisioning Services (PVS), StoreFront, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud.

- Experience with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, SCOM, PowerShell, and other related tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in the virtual environment.

- Experience in ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).

- Familiarity with storage, networking concepts, and HPE Synergy Blade Servers is a plus.

- MS SQL knowledge for database management.

- Citrix certification in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktop (preferred).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

- Ability to work in 24/7 support shifts based on operational requirements.

- Customer-focused and a strong team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
