Job Title : Tech Lead Salesforce (E-Commerce).

Location : Hyderabad.

Work Mode : Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home(either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a week.

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our e-commerce organization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce B2C CommerceCloud, software development, and e-commerce.

The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, change, or integrate Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with other tools as needed.

- Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards.

- Develop software using technologies such as Javascript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Mentor and coach junior team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Force.com / Heroku, MuleSoft / Apigee.

- Ability to define OpenAPI specifications.

- Proficiency in development languages such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.

- IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (desired, but not required).

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience with agile working processes.

- High level of English proficiency.

- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
