About the Company :
As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP Finance & Controlling solutions that align with VidaXLs global business processes.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing expertise in SAP FICO configuration, process improvements, project delivery, and support.
A candidate with 12- 15 years of experience in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) with integration knowledge in MM (Materials Management) Procurement and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules would be highly valuable to a company.
Additionally, familiarity with S4/HANA Simple Finance would be a significant asset, given the increasing adoption of S/4HANA in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Must have good knowledge of Financial Accounting Business Processes.
- Work closely with business teams to understand the requirements, analyse the current processes and gather the functional specifications.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, etc.) in alignment with business requirements.
- Experience in SD is a plus.
- Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and propose best-practice SAP solutions.
- Support rollouts and global template deployments for new company codes, legal entities, and business units.
- Work closely with other SAP functional and technical consultants (SD, MM, PP, BASIS, ABAP) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements including RISE with SAP projects Good to have.
- Support business users during UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Provide day-to-day L2/L3 support for SAP FICO issues and coordinate with AMS partners if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Create and maintain clear functional documentation and training materials.
- Basic understanding of SAP SD concepts (e.g., sales orders, pricing, shipping, billing) is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects involving SAP FICO and integrated modules.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management, would be advantageous Good to have.
Qualifications :
- 12+ years of strong hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably including S/4HANA.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
- Strong integration knowledge with other modules (SD, MM, PP).
- Experience with RISE with SAP or S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and hyper care support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
