Vichara Technologies - Forward Deployed Engineer - Full Stack Development

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with clients in building and deploying scalable applications for investment management, trading, and valuation support. This role requires a strong full-stack background, client-facing capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy web-based applications using React, .NET (C#), and SQL/Snowflake

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Build and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance platforms for trading and investment workflows

- Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

- Perform unit testing and ensure high code quality and reliability

- Optimize application performance and data processing workflows

- Work with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude/Cursor to enhance productivity

- Manage code repositories and follow best practices in version control (Git) and branching strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

- Strong proficiency in React.js and C# (.NET framework/core)

- Hands-on experience with SQL-based databases (Snowflake preferred)

- Experience building scalable web applications and APIs

- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor)

- Strong understanding of Git, version control, and branching workflows

- Experience working in agile environments with client interaction

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in financial services, trading, or investment management platforms

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Knowledge of data pipelines and performance optimization techniques

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / BCA Any Specialization
