About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core and enterprise application development to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems. The role involves building high-performance applications, developing microservices and REST APIs, and integrating enterprise financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET and .NET Core.

- Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs and microservices-based applications.

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries and data models.

- Build and maintain cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.

- Integrate enterprise financial platforms such as Oracle Financials, Anaplan and Workday with custom applications.

- Develop technology solutions for accounting workflows, expense allocation and financial operations.

- Drive technical architecture, code reviews, debugging and performance optimization.

- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability and maintainability.

- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.

- Mentor developers, provide technical guidance and drive end-to-end project delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

- 12 - 17 years of experience in software engineering and application development.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET and .NET Core.

- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, REST APIs and Microservices.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and database development.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.

- Experience with Oracle Financials, Anaplan or Workday integrations.

- Minimum 2 years of experience developing applications for Accounting, Finance or Treasury operations.

- Experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end development.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in financial technology or enterprise financial applications.

- Knowledge of accounting workflows and financial data processing.

- Exposure to cloud-native architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
