What You'll Do :

Strategic Leadership & Innovation :

- Translate the companys long-term vision into actionable engineering strategies and growth plans.

- Drive end-to-end software development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

- Lead innovative technical initiatives, keeping the company ahead with the latest market trends and competitive features.

- Promote best practices in software engineering, including clean code, scalable architectures, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.

Platform Scalability & Reliability :

- Own the stability, performance, and security of the platform.

- Implement advanced monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement processes.

- Lead architectural evolution to support future growth and cutting-edge product features, including AI-powered conversational solutions.

- Oversee the seamless integration of machine learning components within offerings.

Team Building & Organizational Growth :

- Inspire, mentor, and lead a large, talented engineering team fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and learning.

- Attract and retain top-tier talent, building diverse and dynamic teams.

- Develop structured career paths and professional growth programs to empower engineers and leaders.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution :

- Work closely with the CTO to align on technical architecture and strategic initiatives.

- Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful customer solutions.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand market demands and customer challenges.

- Manage engineering budgets, resources, and external vendor relationships efficiently.

What You Bring :

- Experience : 18+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing sizable teams (200+ engineers) in high-growth environments.

- Industry Expertise : Proven success in B2B SaaS, especially within communications, cloud infrastructure, or related high-transaction platforms.

- Technical Prowess : Deep expertise in modern architecturescloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, distributed systems, and data engineering. Telephony or telecom domain experience is a bonus.

- AI & Machine Learning : Hands-on experience with scaling intelligent features and integrating ML/AI components into enterprise products.

- Leadership & Collaboration : Exceptional ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams; strong partnership with Product Management and cross-functional teams.

- Operational Excellence : Track record of building reliable, scalable, and secure systems with a relentless focus on uptime and performance.

- Communication : Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

- Educational Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
