About the Role :

This role leads engineering across Development and Site Reliability (SRE), driving scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions built on .NET/C#. The VP will define technical vision, foster engineering excellence, and collaborate cross-functionally to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product and technical strategy aligned with business objectives

- Drive architecture for scalability, security, and performance (.NET/C# stack)

- Promote CI/CD, microservices, cloud-native development (Azure preferred)

- Establish and lead SRE function with SLAs/SLOs/SLIs

- Enhance observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident management

- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams

- Lead execution and delivery of key engineering projects

- Ensure quality, security, and compliance throughout SDLC

- Advocate customer-first engineering and usability

- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Support teams

Qualifications :

- 20+ years in software engineering; 5+ years in leadership

- Strong experience with .NET/C# and Azure infrastructure

- Proven success in leading Development and/or SRE teams

- Expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, observability, and distributed systems

- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing distributed teams and occasional travel readiness
