Vice President - Quality Engineering

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 15+ years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services

- 7+ years of experience leading QA teams in algorithmic trading or similar high-stakes environments

- Strong understanding of global financial markets, trading systems, and market data

- Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

- Strong background in test automation tools and frameworks

- Experience with market data systems (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)

- Deep understanding of FIX protocol and other financial messaging standards

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, Reg NMS, etc.)

- Handson with GitLab, Jenkins/Gitlab CI

- Good to know monitoring tools such as Grafana/Prometheus
