About the role :

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Leader to drive personalisation, retention, and growth at scale for Univest's investment platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building data-driven, user-centric products that enhance engagement and lifetime value. You'll lead product strategy across multiple verticals, working closely with engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user journeys. Proven experience in platform thinking, consumer retention frameworks, and experimentation at scale is essential. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct ownership of product roadmap, outcomes, and team leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy & Ownership :

- Lead the roadmap and delivery of advisory products across equities, F&O, commodities & mutual funds (obviously with a team)

- Prioritize experiences that drive business goals and real user outcomes

2. Data and Feedback Driven Product Development :

- Convert real trading insights & strategies into intuitive product experiences

- Track and optimise performance metrics across the full advisory funnel conversion, adoption and retention

- Run structured experiments to improve execution success, repeat usage and paid conversions

- Partner with research teams + data to improve product adoption

- Build tight user feedback loops - especially with active traders

3. Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Partner with Product, Business, Design, Engineering, CRM, Compliance and CX to ship high-quality business outcomes.

Who are you ?

- 8+ years of product experience in fast-paced startups, leading multiple product lines

- Proven ability to ship 0- 1 and scale 1- n with strong business outcomes

- Analytical builder who obsesses over user outcomes and metrics

- Active options trader who deeply understands trader psychology

- Experience leading and mentoring PMs, and driving high-ownership execution

Good to Have :

- Built/ worked on trading products

- Understanding of SEBI compliances

- Experience working on subscription-based products.

- Exposure to investment advisory services
