Looking for a senior leader (20+ years) with strong P&C domain expertise and proven experience in product strategy & large-scale delivery.

Position : VP of Product & Delivery (P&C)

Reports To : Global Head of Tech and Solutions

Location : Delhi/Bangalore

Function Technology & Solutions :

TVP of Product & Delivery is a critical leadership role accountable for the end-to-end success of Xceedance's insurance technology solutions.

The role holder will manage product roadmaps, ensure efficient R&D investment, drive implementation efficiency improvements, and maintain P&L responsibility for the implementation function.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required

- MBA or Master's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience :

- 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, software delivery, or related technology leadership roles

- 5+ years of experience in the global insurance industry, with deep understanding of insurance operations, products, and technology solutions

- Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and delivering measurable business results

- Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies

- Demonstrated success in building and executing product roadmaps for B2B enterprise software

- Experience with implementation management, customer success, and service delivery in a technology context
