Vice President of Technology - IT Roadmap & Strategy

Position : VP Technology.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps in alignment with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

- Establish and maintain robust communication channels with the team, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and future plans.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Identify and address technical debt within the system, implementing solutions to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to software development and data security.

- Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability, ensuring high availability and robust disaster recovery plans.

- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools that can enhance the productivity and quality of the engineering team.

Required Skills :

- Extensive experience with MERN-stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

- Deep knowledge of scalable architecture for SaaS applications.

- Familiarity with agentic frameworks and how to leverage them in technology solutions.

- Understanding of GenAI (Generative AI) and its implementations.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrate innovative thinking.

- Experience with data security and compliance standards.

- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Location : Hyderabad, India.

Compensation : Cash + equity.
