Key Qualifications :

Qualifications/Skills :

- BE/BS/BTech in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier I or Tier II university.

- 15 + years of total experience with at least 5 years hands-on experience in software development and system architecture and at least 2 years in leadership roles.

Requirements :

- Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, implementation, scaling and maintenance of complex high scale distributed systems.

- Must have extensive hands on experience writing production grade code in Python with various Python frameworks (Flask/Django/Twisted), NodeJS, GoLang.

- Expertise in any of the following: C/C++, PHP, Angular 10+, Javascript Typescript.

- Expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

- Good experience in MySQL, Aurora DB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis etc.

- Experience in Scaled systems using RabbitMQ/Kafka.

- Knowledge of AWS API Gateways, AWS Lambda, Azure functions, Docker, Kubernetes, NGINX, Jenkins, Linux based systems.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, caching concepts, the HTTP protocol and general web architecture.

- Have built real-life applications on Microservices Architecture, CI/CD, Container Orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

- A solid foundation in software design, data structures and algorithms, and strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Strong organization and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong technical leadership, experience in growing teams and leads.

- Prior experience working in a leadership role in a technology start-up is a plus.
